She had an unusual upbringing, growing up with her younger sister in two old people\u2019s homes (one after the other) run by her parents. Being in an environment full of people and knowing that her mum and dad were never far away, she felt safe. Living in a big house in the countryside, one literally in the middle of nowhere, in breathtaking surroundings, she had lots of space around her.
